• The Mechanical Engineer (CM-M) will support the project through mechanical systems oversight, including HVAC, controls, and cooling systems.
• Duties include assisting the COR with mechanical submittal and RFI reviews, performing scheduled onsite inspections, contributing to pre-construction evaluations, monitoring construction for compliance with mechanical specifications, leading mechanical QA activities, and assisting in schedule, cost, and change management analysis.
• The CM-M will support commissioning activities, identify deficiencies, documents findings, and provides technical recommendations to ensure mechanical systems meet project requirements and healthcare facility standards.

CSEngineering is looking to add a Construction Mechanical Engineer to our growing team! This part-time role will support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at one of its major medical facilities, providing mechanical systems oversight and technical expertise throughout the construction project.

• Minimum six (6) years of experience in both design and construction
• Experience in healthcare and IT projects/facilities is critical
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Strong communication and computer literacy skills
• Must be a United States Citizen.
