ECC is seeking candidates for a Scheduler II position. The Scheduler II is responsible for managing a project management office focused on prioritizing and optimizing performance in cost-schedule monitoring and control for construction and/or environmental projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing project schedule impact and float of new activities
- Collecting, loading, and leveling resources and costs
- Assisting in Critical Path analysis
- Reviewing subcontractor Schedule of Values (SOV) and Change Orders
- Developing proposal schedules
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of planning/scheduling experience, preferably in construction or environmental remediation projects
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 5 years of experience without degree)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with federal government projects
- Advanced degree is a plus
- Certifications: AACEI-(PSP), PMP, EVP
- Proficiency with Primavera P3 and Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Experience level: 4-7 years with degree, 6-10 years without degree
The targeted salary range for US locations is approximately $90,842 to $110,479 annually, depending on education, experience, skills, and location.
