A well-established Commercial General Contractor in the San Antonio area is seeking to add a Project Manager to their growing team.

The company maintains a strong pipeline of local projects, ranging from $20M-$60M

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor ( K-12 experience is a plus)
• Experience managing projects valued at $30M or more
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with all safety programs and standards
• Oversee submittals, shop drawings, and approval processes
• Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure contract compliance and schedule adherence
• Manage project budgets, change orders, cost controls, and value engineering
• Lead all meetings, walkthroughs, and project documentation
• Supervise and support project team staff including training, development, and performance management
• Maintain regular presence on project sites
