Our client, located in the Charlotte, NC area, has an immediate opening for a Construction Sales Trainee. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work in the construction industry and interested in a sales opportunity. You will be trained to sell, estimate and propose small repairs for their service department. You will be giving the time and resources learn and every opportunity to excel.

Duties include:

• Study and complete a comprehensive training program
• Participate in a hands-on mentor relationship with a proven performer
• Manage customer expectations and experience throughout the construction process

Requirements Include :

• Associates Degree or two years applicable work experience would be helpful but nor required
• You are outgoing, with a great personality and people skills

Compensation Includes:

1st 6 months base + commission

After 6 month its a draw + commission

Gas cards and a $600/month car allowance provided
