Cleary Building Corp in Moriarty, NM seeks a Sales Professional, Construction to promote our DreamMaker system and manage the customer experience from start to finish. You will sell our diversified product line, monitor the build process, and lead sales in an established territory.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus & incentive plans ($65,000 to $200,000+ income achievable for above average performers)

Responsibilities

• Sell our diversified product line utilizing “DreamMaker” – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
• Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike
