Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Sales Professional for construction-focused roles in ROCA, NE. You will sell using DreamMaker software, monitor construction progress, and take charge of sales in an established territory.

Training and development are emphasized through Cleary University programs, with opportunities for advancement into leadership roles. A base salary plus lucrative bonus is offered in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell our diversified product line utilizing DreamMaker – Cleary’s proprietary design, costing, and presentation software.
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory.
• Enjoy a fast-paced, energetic environment with varied daily tasks.
• Responsible for the customer’s experience from start to finish, helping to fulfill their dreams.
