Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. in Washington, MO is seeking a Sales Professional in Construction to manage an established territory and sell our DreamMaker-enabled product line. You will guide customers from initial design to completion, delivering a consultative sales process and a superior customer experience.

You’ll receive extensive product training, a competitive base salary with lucrative bonus and incentive plans, plus a company vehicle. Prior construction knowledge and sales aptitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building construction preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with initiative.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required.
• Experience in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell diversified product line using DreamMaker software.
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory.
• Enjoy a fast-paced, energetic environment with varied duties.
• Responsible for the customer’s experience from start to finish.
