Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus & incentive plans.
• Company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Sell our product line using DreamMaker – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software.
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory.
• Enjoy a fast-paced, energetic environment; no two days are alike.
• Support environmentally-friendly products and designs.
• Help customers experience progress from start to finish.
