Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a motivated individual for an onsite role in Warm Springs, Oregon. You will manage order writing and entry, coordinate domestic sales, and support our manufacturing operations and export activities.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with the construction/manufacturing sector, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience.
• Working understanding of the construction/manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-directed and self-motivated for business objectives.
• Enjoy working in a small company environment.

Responsibilities

• Order writing, entry, and coordination of all domestic sales.
• Understand products manufactured and industry regulations.
• Develop costing and pricing models for full product range.
• Negotiate effective sales transactions for win/win deals.
• Understand manufacturing processes and product certifications.
• Do material take-offs and prepare project quotes.
• Coordinate export shipping with internal teams and partners.
• Support project scheduling, timelines, and production efficiency.
• Assist in approvals with technical department for customer needs.
• Assist with in-house testing and certification testing.
• Prepare sales budgets and forecasts with the sales team.
• Interact with production to determine ship dates and needs.
• Use internal ERP/MRP systems for order entry and tracking.
• Differentiate products from competitors.
• Communicate effectively with all employees.
• Coordinate internal financial transactions with Controller.
• Maintain compliance with certifications and audit requirements.
• Assist in expanding/updating sales literature, manuals, website.
• Assist in development of new products and processes.
