Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Maumee, OH seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service / Inside Sales professional. You will support outside sales reps, assist with product specification and quoting, and ensure accurate order clarification, pricing, and delivery coordination.

You will maintain strong customer relations, answer questions within 24 hours, manage orders from specification to delivery, and provide backup to the team as needed, while working an 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Data entry and order processing experience required.
• Strong computer and Outlook skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to prioritize.
• 3-5 years experience in customer service / sales.
• Furniture experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales Representatives.
• Assist in product specification and quoting.
• Clarify orders, confirm finish and pricing, coordinate fabric reservations and invoicing.
• Provide product knowledge to answer customer questions within 24 hours.
• Focus on customer relations and maintain communications regarding order status.
• Manage orders from specification to delivery.
• Assist customers and reps via phone and email with product requests.
• Facilitate communications between offices and work as part of a team.
• Provide back-up to the team as required.
• Resolve customer problems and concerns with appropriate actions.
