Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Sales Professional in Construction to drive revenue in an established territory.

You’ll sell our DreamMaker design and costing software, monitor construction progress, and manage the customer experience from first contact to completion. The role includes extensive training through Steelwood University with on-the-job instruction, MVP pricing, and growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Sell our diversified product line using the DreamMaker software.
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory.
• Operate in a fast-paced and energetic environment; adapt to varying daily tasks.
• Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
