Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. in Sandwich, IL is seeking a Sales Professional in Construction to sell our DreamMaker system, oversee the construction process, and manage an established territory.

This role combines hands-on selling with project oversight, training through Steelwood University, a generous compensation package including a base salary plus bonus, a company vehicle, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell our diversified product line utilizing “DreamMaker” – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software.
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory.
• Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike.
• Responsible for the customer’s experience from start to finish, helping to fulfill their dreams.
