Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Motivated self-starter with initiative.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus & incentive plans; $65,000 to $200,000+ income achievable for above average performers.

Responsibilities

• Sell Cleary’s product line using DreamMaker—Cleary’s 3D design, costing, and presentation software.
• Monitor the construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory.
• Enjoy a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike.
• Ensure the customer’s experience from start to finish, helping to fulfill their dreams.
• Receive extensive training through Cleary’s Steelwood University programs.
