Urgently Hiring - Northeast Power Dry is seeking a Re-Construction Project Manager for a full-time position in NJ.

Northeast Power Dry is looking for a Re-Construction Project Manager with proven success in the construction or restoration industry to support the growth of our Reconstruction Department. The ideal candidate will have subcontractor management skills and a strong focus on customer service. You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that emphasizes customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing residential reconstruction projects within Salesforce, ensuring quality and production standards are met
• Selling and closing reconstruction jobs with homeowners
• Building estimates using Matterport software
• Coordinating pre- and post-production efforts
• Assisting customers with insurance claims
• Ensuring insurance adjuster approval of estimates through effective communication
• Managing subcontractors, insurance companies, coworkers, and clients
• Regular site inspections
• Communicating effectively with team members and leadership
• Completing jobs efficiently to meet profitability goals
• Maintaining safety standards at all times

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of project management experience in a related field
• While a degree is preferred, we value relevant work and life experience
• Daily travel within the territory using a company car
• Exceptional customer service skills
