What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living
- Meet virtually with families to provide tailored life and health product solutions
- Mentor new agents and facilitate their training and development
- Work with warm leads from families who have expressed interest in coverage
- Design policies that fit clients' individual needs and budgets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Proactive in problem-solving
