Job summary

Cleary Building Corp in Lake Geneva, WI seeks a Sales Professional in Construction to drive growth in an established territory. You will sell our DreamMaker design/build software and manage the customer experience from start to finish, while monitoring construction progress.

The role offers a generous base salary plus lucrative bonus and incentive plans, with earnings potential from $65,000 to $200,000+ for top performers. Training through Steelwood University is provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with initiative.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell our diversified product line using DreamMaker software.
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory.
• Enjoy a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike.
• Responsible for the customer’s experience from start to finish.
