You will oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to project completion, ensuring the customer’s experience aligns with Cleary’s standards. The role rewards self-motivation, strong communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell our diversified product line utilizing DreamMaker – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software.
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory.
• Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced environment; no two days are alike.
• Responsible for the customer’s experience from start to finish, helping to fulfill their dreams.
