Job summary

Pacific West Construction & Maintenance is seeking a Sales Representative in the Seattle area. You will cold call, qualify leads, review plan sets, and prepare competitive estimates to win bids and contracts.

You’ll close sales, collaborate with operations and estimating teams, and track revenue. A strong track record in construction sales, reading plans, and CRM usage is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in construction with proven closing and estimating.
• Ability to cold call and high-volume outreach.
• Able to read residential and commercial plans, blueprints and specs.
• Estimating experience with competitive bid proposals; takeoff tools preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional phone presence.
• Organized, self-motivated, team-oriented and capable of independent work.
• CRM proficiency and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business via cold calling, email outreach, networking and follow-ups.
• Qualify leads and maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM.
• Review and interpret residential and commercial plan sets and specs.
• Prepare thorough, competitive estimates and proposals within tight timelines.
• Present bids and proposals to clients, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Collaborate with operations, PM and estimating teams to align scope and pricing.
• Track and report sales activity, pipeline metrics, and forecasted revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, pricing and product offerings.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client meetings as needed.
