Cleary Building Corp. is hiring a Sales Professional in West Fargo, ND. You will sell our diversified product line using DreamMaker, Cleary's 3D design and costing software, and monitor construction through to completion.

The role offers a fast-paced, energetic environment with a clear path from branch sales specialist to leadership roles. Training covers product knowledge, pricing strategies, and customer relationship skills to become a trusted building advisor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction preferred.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction a plus.
• Must be a self-motivated, take initiative.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell our product line using DreamMaker software.
• Monitor the construction process through to completion.
• Own sales responsibilities in an established territory.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
