You will handle client inquiries, educate on timelines, and help ensure a seamless sales experience while leveraging CRM to manage accounts and progress.

Qualifications

• Background in Town Planning or Building Approvals with familiarity of council regulations and building approvals.
• Sales or customer service experience in construction or real estate preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for clear, concise client explanations.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts and timelines.
• Tech proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills including text and image editing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients, answering inquiries and providing information on Builders Brisbane’s construction process and services.
• Assist the Salesperson in proposals, meetings, and updating CRM entries.
• Advise on preliminary town planning requirements and building approvals with local regulations.
• Facilitate documentation for council approvals and client contracts.
• Maintain regular communication with clients on timelines, approvals, and steps before construction.
• Stay informed on local zoning, planning laws and construction industry trends.
