Job summary

Ottoverse Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Sales Manager for El Paso, TX, operating as a remote/field-based role with 60% travel.

You will lead engagement with end users, contractors and subcontractors, driving value-added solutions across the project lifecycle. You will build relationships, promote SBD products, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and project success, leveraging SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred).
• 10+ years in sales, marketing or related field.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred.
• Proven construction project management experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization to drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead SBD’s involvement in major North American construction projects from pre-construction planning through closeout.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors to promote SBD solutions.
• Promote value-added products and services and customize solutions for project efficiency, safety and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and issue resolution across all phases.
• Develop and execute engagement plans for each project aligning resources to milestones and customer needs.
