Job summary

Rolling Suds of El Paso is actively seeking an autonomous Commercial Outside Sales Representative to identify commercial opportunities, reach decision-makers, and close profitable exterior-cleaning contracts in the El Paso market.

You will build relationships with property managers and business owners, schedule walkthroughs, gather scope details, and present proposals. This role focuses on self-generated pipeline and commissions, with extensive room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, business development, canvassing, account acquisition, or another self-generated sales environment.
• Confidence approaching businesses and speaking with decision-makers.
• Ability to remain productive through rejection and long sales cycles.
• Strong communication and follow-up habits.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage an organized pipeline in Workiz.
• Willingness to follow approved pricing, scheduling, and CRM procedures.
• High personal accountability and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Prospect commercial properties throughout the El Paso market.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, contractors, and other decision-makers.
• Target apartment communities, shopping centers, restaurants, retail properties, industrial facilities, warehouses, HOAs, offices, and other commercial accounts.
• Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, email outreach, networking, and systematic follow-up.
• Schedule property walkthroughs and gather complete scope information.
• Record every account, contact, activity, and follow-up in Workiz.
• Submit photos, measurements, customer needs, and project details for pricing approval.
• Present approved proposals and follow through until the opportunity is won or formally closed.
• Develop recurring exterior-cleaning and property-maintenance relationships.
• Coordinate with dispatch rather than independently promising production dates.
