Job summary

McGraw Kokosing is seeking a Safety Education and Training Specialist to develop, implement, and deliver safety education and training materials across projects. You will oversee onboarding, program management, and the creation of manuals, presentations, and Safety Talks to standardize safety messaging.

The role requires leadership in training delivery, data analysis of learning outcomes, and collaboration with Safety leadership and operations to continuously improve safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety and health or equivalent.
• 3–10+ years of safety/health in construction preferred.
• Proficient in developing training materials and delivering varied training methods.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires with safety orientations and required testing.
• Manage and deliver safety training programs across sites.
• Develop manuals, guides, presentations, and Safety Talks to support operations.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and adjust content based on feedback.
• Maintain training records and report on training effectiveness.
