Job summary

Rex Moore is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Trainer to deliver safety training across construction sites in Nevada. The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, hazard recognition, and proactive safety culture.

You will work with project teams to educate employees, supervisors, and subcontractors, maintaining training records and improving program effectiveness. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction safety.
• Experience delivering classroom and hands-on safety training.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards (29 CFR 1926).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate safety training programs for construction employees, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct new hire safety orientation and ongoing safety education.
• Train employees on OSHA standards, hazard recognition, fall protection, confined space entry, excavation safety, lockout-tagout procedures, PPE, and other topics.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Promote a positive safety culture through coaching and engagement.
