Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a construction safety role.
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field.
CSP or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven site safety management, incident investigation, and quality management experience.
Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Proficient with safety inspection tools and equipment.
Excellent communication, training, and leadership abilities.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making under pressure.
