NFP SRC is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Consultant to provide hands-on safety and risk control consulting to construction clients across the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut Tri-State area and national clients. The role is field-based with remote flexibility when not traveling, requiring approximately 60% travel, with residence near the NYC metropolitan area preferred.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of progressive construction safety, loss control or construction risk consulting experience with substantial field-based jobsite work.
• Experience supporting OCIPs and CCIPs, including safety oversight, contractor coordination, reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in safety, construction, risk management or related field.

Mansioni

• Conduct construction jobsite safety assessments and loss control surveys for various construction stakeholders.
• Evaluate high-hazard exposures and controls including falls, scaffolds, excavation, cranes and other risks.
• Review and strengthen safety programs, site safety plans and hazard analyses.
• Prepare clear reports communicating observations and risk implications to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Deliver training and toolbox talks on safety and risk improvement topics.
• Collaborate with producers, account teams and carriers for coordinated safety services.
