Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and communicates safety strategies for large-scale construction and healthcare projects.
• Oversees staffing, safety operations, and regulatory compliance within programs.
• Leads risk management initiatives, including OCIP and insurance-related processes.
• Translates business plans into actionable safety requirements and schedules.
• Manages staff, performance, coaching, and development within safety teams.
• Oversees vendor relationships and procurement aligned with safety goals.
• Ensures compliance with fire safety, seismic, health hazards, and disaster preparedness standards.
• Maintains knowledge management and training programs for the team.
• Analyzes safety metrics and uses data to drive process improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture Construction Management, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Finance, Law, Planning, Interior Design, Cost Estimating, or related field

Minimum six (6) years of experience in construction management, field construction, design, construction/project management software, procurement, contract administration, a directly related field

Minimum nine (9) years of experience in construction management, field construction, design, construction/project management software, procurement, contract administration, a directly related field
