Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Finance or related field with relevant experience.
• Minimum ten years in building projects and a leadership role in construction management or equivalent.
• Professional certifications in project inspection or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Testing and Inspection programs and forecast manpower needs.
• Coordinate project inspectors, plan field reviews with regulatory agencies and design teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards across organization and sites.
• Mentor junior team members and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee knowledge management, training and transition to operations.
