Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is hiring a Program Manager for Construction Safety to lead safety programs across capital projects. You will conduct site surveys, assess safety plans, monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations, and provide risk engineering solutions.

Reporting to the Technical Pre-Construction Services Director, you will develop safety manuals, train teams, investigate incidents, and foster strong contractor relationships while ensuring consistent enforcement throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health & safety, construction management or related field.
• Certified OSHA 10/30 Hour Instructor.
• Certified First Aid/CPR Training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety programs across construction projects.
• Monitor contractors for compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct site surveys and safety evaluations with corrective actions.
• Provide safety consulting to contractors and project teams.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Train personnel on safety topics and lead toolbox talks.
