Job summary

TW Constructors seeks a Safety Manager in Missouri to lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety standards. The role includes conducting jobsite inspections, supporting the development of a zero-injury culture, and overseeing orientations for new project workers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Safety or a related field, along with several years of applicable experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered along with competitive compensation based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of safety experience or equivalent in building construction.
• Field and on-site experience preferred.
• Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly documented jobsite safety inspections.
• Develop and support a zero-injury safety culture.
• Assist with subcontractor daily pre-task safety analysis.

Skills

Electrical and/or Lift Safety Experience

General knowledge of construction principles and practices

Problem-solving skills

Computer skills with Microsoft Office

OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety

OSHA 30 hour construction accreditation
