Responsibilities

• Lead the most complex, high-profile projects from contract through completion.
• Serve as primary contact for high-profile or complex client relationships.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Own project financials—budgets, forecasting, procurement, and profitability.
• Strengthen documentation, Procore usage, and SOPs.
• Help elevate the Operations team with best practices and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Trusted To Do

As Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of Ernst Brothers' most demanding custom homes, renovations, additions, and commercial projects - and serve as an operational leader across the company.

• Lead the company's most complex and high-profile projects from contract through completion, anticipating challenges before they become problems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile or complex client relationships, leading with confidence, transparency, and professionalism.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, sharing hard-won experience and helping them grow.
• Own project financials - budgets, forecasting, procurement, and profitability - while identifying and solving risks early.
• Strengthen the documentation, Procore usage, and SOPs that keep every project team performing at a high level.
• Help elevate the Operations team as a whole, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement across the department.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of construction project management experience, with proven success leading complex projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability - you've helped other PMs grow, not just managed your own work.
• Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills.
• Luxury residential or commercial construction experience preferred; advanced Procore experience a plus.
