Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services, operating on a large project in Missouri, is hiring a Safety Manager to supervise all safety efforts. You will lead the project safety team, coordinate inspections, audits, and training, and ensure compliance with safety plans and OSHA standards.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety Management or Engineering, BCSP credentials, and 4–5 years of construction safety management experience, with an instructor certification considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety Management or Engineering preferred.
• BCSP credential required or preferred.
• Instructor certification by GU and OSHA to teach safety courses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety on a single large project with direct reports.
• Conduct SafetyNet inspections and analyze observations.
• Ensure contractor adherence to safety plans and Gilbane/OSHA requirements.
• Provide safety training to project teams and coordinate with insurance carriers.
• Foster a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
