• Competency in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Excavation & Trenching.

Responsibilities

• Safety resource for jobsites in Tampa, FL.
• Develop and implement current safety training programs.
• Identify safety training needs and provide training.
• Conduct project pre-construction meetings and review site safety plans.
• Track safety trends and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist PM in site-specific safety plans.
• Coach project team on safety leadership and management.
• Review Safety Task Assessments for improvement.
• Conduct equipment training and evaluations.
• Deliver safety reports.
• Perform safety walks using EHS software.
• Conduct incident investigations to prevent recurrence.
• Assist injured employees with risk management.
• Set up clinics and hospitals before job start.
