Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Safety Manager (Data Center Construction) for Temple, TX onsite. The role leads safety performance and development for assigned units and reports, driving safe work practices across projects and corporate levels.

The ideal candidate holds CHST/CSP or equivalent designation, First Aid/CPR, and has 5+ years in construction safety, with expertise in cranes, fall protection, scaffolding, and electrical safety. Emergency readiness and site adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience with high hazard areas (cranes, fall protection, scaffold, excavation, electrical).
• Willingness to respond to emergency or crisis conditions.
• Able to work under various environmental or site conditions.
• Able to navigate stairs, ladders and uneven floors or ground conditions.
• Sets an example for safe work practices on and off of work sites.

Title: Safety Manager (Data Center Construction)

Location: Temple, TX (onsite)

Salary: $120k-$125k + bonus + $600/month vehicle allowance

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:

• CHST, CSP or equivalent professional safety designation preferred
• First Aid/CPR certification
• 5+ years of construction safety experience. Other professional experience/skills may act as a substitute.
• Shows comprehensive understanding of high hazard technical areas (cranes, fall protection, scaffold, excavation, electrical)
• Strong analytical and research skills to define and solve problems
• Willingness to respond to emergency or crisis conditions
• Able to work under various environmental or site conditions
• Able to navigate stairs, ladders and uneven floors or ground conditions
• Sets an example for safe work practices on and off of work sites

Description

The Safety Manager is responsible for the safety performance and safety development of their assigned business units and/or direct reports. This individual is a safety resource at the project, business unit and corporate levels. This individual regularly assesses the safety needs of their assigned business units or projects and utilizes their assigned resources to meet those needs. This individual also participates in developing the companies corporate safety program and safety culture.
