Reporting to the Safety Manager, the Senior Safety Specialist is responsible for providing professional safety/technical training on topics related to renewable energy (wind, solar, battery storage) production/delivery. Utilize a systematic approach to training to develop, deliver, and maintain training materials. Develop evaluation instruments and collect trainee and stakeholder feedback for program improvements. Support site safety needs as required. This position requires travel approx. 50% to 70% of the time to sites to administer training. Preferred candidate location is the east region (east of the Mississippi River) and would be co‑located at one of our sites.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations: $92,000 - $110,000 USD
