Job summary

The role focuses on incident investigations, risk mitigation, and training across multi-project operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction safety, 5+ years in leadership, and relevant certifications (OSHA 500/30, CPR).

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction safety experience.
• 5+ years in safety leadership or management.
• Experience managing safety programs for commercial construction.
• Experience with public sector, healthcare, education, municipal, and commercial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate safety program.
• Establish annual safety goals, initiatives, and metrics.
• Lead investigations of incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor OSHA logs, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership and accountability for safety personnel.
• Collaborate with Operations to promote safety culture.
