Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience conducting safety audits, investigations, and training programs.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific and company-wide safety programs.
• Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate safety orientations for new employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
• Conduct ongoing safety training, toolbox talks, and educational programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local regulations, as well as company safety policies.
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and site-specific safety plans.
• Monitor and document safety performance metrics, trends, and corrective actions.
• Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel to address safety concerns.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, training, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Participate in project planning meetings to identify safety risks before work begins.
