Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking a Construction Safety Manager in Fort Worth, TX. The role oversees 10-15 active commercial projects, supporting ~105 employees and multiple subcontractors, with a focus on OSHA compliance and safety culture.
The ideal candidate will have OSHA 500 and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, 3+ years of safety management, and experience with Procore. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with bi-weekly pay and a growth path toward Safety Director.

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 Annually

OSHA 500 Certification
Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
Minimum 3 years of construction safety management experience
Experience teaching or facilitating OSHA 30 courses
Strong knowledge of OSHA reporting requirements, including OSHA 300 Logs
Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership abilities
Comfortable using technology and digital safety management platforms
Construction Health & Safety Officer (CHSO)
Direct experience working with OSHA compliance officers and inspections
Procore experience
Commercial General Contractor experience
Experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects
CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential
