Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead safety planning and execution in alignment with project leadership.
• Develop, coach, and mentor Safety Coordinators and Senior Safety Coordinators.
• Ensure consistent implementation of safety programs.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams.
