Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and support safety initiatives across building construction projects. You will partner with Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to identify risks and promote safe work practices throughout all phases of construction.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive safety background in commercial or vertical construction, OSHA 30-Hour, and strong leadership to influence at all levels while maintaining a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Safety, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of construction safety experience, preferably supporting complex vertical projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
• CHST, CSP, STSC, or another recognized safety certification preferred.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety leadership across assigned building construction projects.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and client safety requirements.
• Coach field teams and subcontractors on hazard recognition and safe practices.
