Job summary

The Lemoine Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across our building construction projects in Louisiana. You will partner with Project Executives, Project Managers, and field teams to identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote safe work practices.

The ideal candidate has a proactive safety background in commercial/vertical construction, can influence at all levels, and deliver practical solutions that protect people while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• Minimum five years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and incident investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement safety programs across projects.
• Serve as primary safety resource for project teams.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and training.
