Job summary

Sheakley in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Construction Safety Manager to lead safety for 10-15 active commercial projects across Texas. You will mentor field teams, drive regulatory compliance, and develop safety programs that reduce risk while leveraging Procore for documentation.

Qualifications

• OSHA 500 certification and current safety certifications.
• 3+ years in construction safety management.
• Experience teaching OSHA 30 courses and OSHA inspections.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 300 Logs and reporting requirements.
• Procore or similar safety management platforms experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership across 10-15 active projects.
• Support ~105 employees and multiple subcontractor teams.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and lead inspections and documentation.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage Job Hazard Analyses, permits, and safety plans.
• Partner with project managers and field leadership to mitigate hazards.
• Deliver safety training and ongoing education.
• Utilize Procore and other tech for safety reporting.
