Job summary

CR Meyer seeks a Safety Coordinator to support the construction project management team in risk management and safety programs on site. You will administer the safety/d Alcohol policy and coordinate site training for employees and subs.

Responsibilities include site visits, audits, incident documentation, and enforcing CR Meyer safety guidelines. You will participate in pre-task planning, toolbox talks, and daily huddles, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in health & safety or construction
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in safety discipline preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with Drug & Alcohol Policy

Responsibilities

• Supports project management with risk management and safety programs on construction sites.
• Acts as a resource to management and staff for compliance with the Risk Management program.
• Conducts site visits, audits, and safety trainings; documents incidents and corrective actions.
• Participates in pre-task planning, toolbox talks, and daily safety huddles; enforces safety guidelines.
