Job summary

Responsibilities include training, risk mitigation, incident reduction, audits, and coordination with HQ EH&S; travel required across the BU; CHST certification and OSHA 30+ are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety/Engineering or related field with 4+ years of construction safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S on a single construction project and enforce safety programs and policies.
• Develop action plans to mitigate risks and drive safety improvements.
• Provide safety training to project teams, subcontractors, and Turner Trade employees.
• Review subcontractor safety programs for compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project leadership to create safety reports, assess metrics, and recommend improvements.
