Job summary

Halo Technical Solutions Global seeks a Safety Coordinator to safeguard field operations in Vernon, TX. You will conduct daily safety walks, inspections, and trainings, enforcing OSHA and NFPA 70E standards, and promoting a proactive safety culture.

The role requires 1–3+ years in construction safety, OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR/AED, and strong communication to coordinate with project teams and management. OT after 40 hours and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10/30 certified or willing to obtain.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.
• NFPA 70E electrical safety knowledge preferred.
• LOTO and trench safety training completed or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety walks, audits, and site inspections.
• Identify and help correct potential hazards and document findings.
• Ensure OSHA/NFPA70E compliance and safety policy adherence.
• Lead safety briefings and toolbox talks for crews.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with foremen and project leadership to resolve safety concerns.
