OnPoint Industrial Services is seeking experienced Safety Professionals to support a long-term construction project in West Lafayette, Indiana. This role focuses on safety oversight for GC operations, self-performed concrete and excavation work, and coordination with electrical and mechanical subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has a strong construction safety background, hands-on concrete experience, OSHA 510, and at least three years of safety experience.

Qualifications

• OSHA 510 required
• Minimum 3 years of safety experience
• Concrete construction experience required
• Strong construction/civil safety background
• Experience with excavation and/or concrete operations
• Experience working around electrical and mechanical subcontractors preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide daily safety oversight on an active construction site
• Support self-performed concrete and excavation operations
• Conduct jobsite inspections and safety observations
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are addressed
• Review and support JSAs/JHAs and pre-task planning
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Monitor subcontractor safety compliance
• Work closely with GC and project leadership to maintain OSHA and project safety requirements
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
