Global Technical Talent is seeking a Senior Site Safety & Health Specialist for the Hoosier Industrial Park in Sullivan, IN. This contract role is onsite and requires leading project safety programs in a heavy construction environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in construction safety or related fields, and possess OSHA 10/30 certifications along with a BS/AS in safety, engineering, or construction management. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or Construction Management with 7 years safety/management — Required
• Associate's Degree with 9 years safety/management — Required
• High School Diploma/GED with 11 years safety/management — Required
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Outreach Safety Training — Required
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Outreach Safety Training — Required

Responsabilités

• Manage the Site Safety & Health program deliverables on field construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with Local, State, and Federal OSHA rules and regulations.
• Lead safety program efforts to achieve zero incidents.
• Conduct safety performance reviews and maintain audit-ready records.
• Coordinate with client Safety & Health Department to address site issues.
• Perform safety walkthroughs and document corrective actions.
• Lead safety training for project personnel and contractors.
