This role blends on-site audits and incident investigations with office-based analysis, reporting, and policy updates. You'll serve as the primary safety lead for assigned projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-performing operations. This position is ideal for someone who can influence the field while strengthening safety programs at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts site audits, identify hazards, and ensure corrective actioins are completed
• Partner with project teams to enforce safety policies and coach field leadership
• Lead safety meetings, briefings, and documentation for audit readiness
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatioins
• Manage incident investigations, OSHA logs, and safety reporting
• Analyze safety trends and support continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain training records, safety files, and compliance documentation
• Support pre-job planning, subcontractor onboarding, and safety programs

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

• OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR/AED (required)
• STS-C (required); CHST (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in safety-related field (preferred)

Experience
