Job summary

Wohlsen Construction seeks a Safety & Health professional to lead site safety across geographic territories, reporting to the Director of Safety. You will coach and evaluate teams, conduct inspections, and advance our safety policies and programs to prevent incidents.

You will deliver training, coordinate safety meetings, and maintain documentation while ensuring OSHA compliance and risk management across projects.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of construction safety and health experience with leadership responsibilities.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction course or equivalent required.
Authorized OSHA 10- and 30-hour Instructor preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular Site Safety Inspections and follow through on corrective actions.
Support safety onboarding, training, goal setting, performance reviews, and corrective action.
Assist subcontractor safety administration including site-specific requirements and incident investigations.
Participate in the Safety Team and help develop safety policies and programs.
Deliver or coordinate training on safety topics and company policies.
