• Ability to review loan documentation for compliance and risk reporting.
• Track record managing complex construction work with focus on risk mitigation and quality control.
• Conflict management skills with experience resolving escalated issues.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support junior team members through feedback and guidance.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure work is complete and aligned with policies.
• Partner during pre-closing phase to identify and escalate issues.
• Review construction documents for feasibility and alignment with loan terms and risk requirements.
• Produce clear risk and technical reports for informed decisions.
• Conduct risk reviews for high-profile, high-value projects nationwide.
• Apply risk procedures and collaborate with lenders on mitigation strategies.
• Recommend actions to strengthen risk mitigation and reduce rework.
• Build stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
• Manage multiple assignments with strong prioritization under shifting deadlines.
